Peer Review Evaluation Framework

The International Journal of Recent Innovations (IJRI) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing through a structured and rigorous double-blind peer review process. The Peer Review Form is designed to support reviewers in providing objective, constructive, and comprehensive evaluations of submitted manuscripts.

The journal relies on the expertise and professional judgment of reviewers to assess the originality, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and academic contribution of submitted research. Reviewer feedback plays a vital role in supporting editorial decisions and improving the overall quality of published articles.

Manuscript Assessment Criteria

The Peer Review Form serves as a standardized evaluation tool requiring reviewers to systematically audit the following parameters:

• Originality & Research Novelty
• Scholarly Significance & Insight
• Relevance to Journal Aims & Scope
• Methodological Rigor & Design
• Data Analysis & Interpretation
• Ethical Compliance & Integrity
• Structure, Clarity & Presentation Quality
• Adequacy & Relevance of Referenced Sources
Reviewer Ethical Responsibilities
  • Conduct entirely objective, fair, professional, and evidence-based evaluations.
  • Provide highly constructive, detailed, and actionable suggestions to improve manuscript impact.
  • Maintain strict asset confidentiality and declare clashing interests prior to screening queues.
  • Complete evaluations within timeframes while flagging plagiarism, data manipulation, or authorship concerns.
Confidentiality Policy Mandates

All records under active review are protected assets. Reviewers are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing manuscripts with unauthorized individuals.
• Exploiting unpublished information for personal edge.
• Discussing content metrics outside official dashboard tracks.
• Retaining, copying, or distributing evaluation materials.
Editorial Governance

Reviewer inputs form a core structural milestone; however, the final publishing verdict remains the exclusive authority of the Editor-in-Chief and the editorial board. Judgments anchor strictly on panel reports, scope alignment, metadata validity, and general fit requirements.

Misconduct Disclosures

Reviewers must proactively report any ethical boundary violations to the desk. This includes text plagiarism, redundant duplication, data fabrication, falsified metrics, authorship dispute anomalies, or hidden clashing interest configurations.

Accessing the Evaluation Form

The official Peer Review Form is systematically dispatched to assigned panel experts directly via the editorial office alongside the initial invitations matrix. A standalone downloadable copy is maintained within the portal layout for preview and reference purposes.
